How long is the delivery time? 

Regular or On-hand Designs Shipping Time

  • Visayas Area - 1-3 days
  • Metro Manila - 4-6 days
  • Mindanao - 4-6 days
  • Northern Luzon - 5-7 days

Customized Design - just add 3-4 weeks production time (since custom designs are produced in our Taiwan factory).

Customized design take longer time to ship because our factory will prepare to print your canvass and prepare your beads first and then manufacture it. Then it will be shipped via Sea Freight which takes more 1-2 weeks at sea. 

Nevertheless, you are guaranteed to get high-quality materials, best of class design and printing, plus overall great customer service from us.

Where are you located?

Our store is located in Negros Occidental, Bacolod City. Take note that we only have a warehouse and not a store-front, so you can come to pick up any goods. If you are from Bacolod or nearby areas, just message us so we can arrange a pickup process through Maxim riders.

What if I have some missing or lacking diamonds or beads?

Don't worry! Here at Sparkling Designs, we ensure that no beads should be lacking or missing. In fact, we add 30% more beads than you would need in your design. 

In rare cases where you really have something missing or lacking in your design, just send us some pictures for proof and we will go ahead and replace those items, at no extra cost! 

We are proud to uphold our warranty of up to 3 years, so you are sure that you are getting your money's worth!

I already paid via Gcash or Bank Transfer, why is the rider asking me to pay again?

This is a very rare scenario but sometimes it happens when our customers would send in payment (yes, because most of our customers TRUST us already) but we have already sent the parcel to J&T with COD as the payment method.

If this happens, just contact us via MESSENGER CHAT, so we can contact the rider and we will be the one to send the payment to them. Everybody happy! :D
